Appointed by BP as 'Dramic Adviser' to The Boy scout Association at I.H.Q in Central London.Monro was ACC for Rover Scouts in Middlesex and ADC for the Training of Boy Scouts and Wolf Cub 'Officers' from the early 1920's.In 1926 Monro was responsible for organising,writing and taking part in "The Roland House Pantomime" which ran until the 1970's when the House was sold.Monro's Greatest Achievement for the Movement was the series of 'Acting' Courses in the late 1920's for 'Rover Scouts,Scout Masters and Scouters'.in Association with 'The British Drama League'.In 1928 Monro's highly Influential book "Play Acting For Boy Scouts" 'Opened the Door' wide enough for one of Monros "Holborn Rovers" to be Supported by enough of 'The Brass Hats' at I.H.Q to Stage his First Gang Show.Monro was on 'The Organising Committee' of the 1932 Gang Show and continued to train Gang Show through his 'Evening Drama School for Scouters' at 'The St Johns Institute' throughout the early 1930's.Dr.Stu..
